The ion beam polishing machine IFS1300C Changsha AFiSy Technology Co., Ltd. was delivered to the customer Nanjing Schmidt Optical Instrument Co., Ltd. for use in 2021. The maximum diameter of the optical parts that can be processed by the equipment is 1.3 meters, and its Y-axis adopts double-drive. It is reported that this equipment is the first large-scale ion beam polishing machine to use the vertical side-entry structure of the workpiece in China, and also the first ion beam polishing machine to use the dual-drive technology, and it is also the largest ion beam polishing machine delivered in China so far.
